Attendance / Time Tracking
Efficient and accurate time tracking feature helps teachers easily track students' time in the program. Countdown tracker provides students with up to date information regarding their time completed and time remaining. Students will have 24/7 access to their hours by checking the app on their phone.
Instructors can choose to take attendance manually or use the Identimetrics finger scanning system.
Biometric Time Tracking with IdentiMetrics
Tracking students hours is effortless with the IdentiMetrics Biometric ID system! Students clock in and out by placing their finger on the scanner.
If a student clocks in late, our software will accurately deduct the time missed from the program.
Students have 24/7 access to their hours completed and remaining by using the App or logging into our Beauty School Boss computer application.
Service Tracker
Track student services on mannequins and on the clinic floor. Instructors set up the service criteria. As students complete services on clients the service tracker will atomically record the service. Instructors and students can view how many services students have completed.
Efficient Appointment Management System
Instructors can easily set their school hours, services and pricing into the software application. Appointments can be scheduled manually or by the client using an appointment link. Students can market their services by sharing their personalized appointment link with family and friends.
The software also includes built in digital client record cards for chemical, facial, and waxing services. Students can take notes and upload before and after pictures that they can use in their professional portfolios. Liability waivers made especially for schools are emailed to all clients to sign prior to their appointment.
Lastly, there is an appointment payment feature that allows clients to pay for their services from their phone.
Assignment Calendar
Assignment calendar includes a motivational Monday quote of the week to encourage a positive classroom culture.
When adding an assignment you can upload a file, include a pre-loaded rubric, make your own rubric and/or insert a link to a video tutorial or an image.
Rubrics / Grading
Pre-loaded lab rubrics are automatically uploaded into the gradebook after they are graded. Instructors can choose from a percentage, point or "yes or no" grading scale.
Instructors can allow students to grade each other while excluding the assignment from the gradebook. This allows students to receive valuable peer feedback while learning the proper procedural steps.
Productivity Log
Students can use the productivity log to journal their daily accomplishments and set S.M.A.R.T. goals. This is a great way for students to reflect on their progress.
Instructors can easily review students productivity and progress throughout their time in the program.
Inventory tracker
Conveniently add and remove inventory with the click of a button. The software places the inventory that you used into a separate category to make reordering more efficient and less time consuming.
Use the vendor address book to record your vendors contact information to make reordering simple and efficient.
